Roska-aamiainen / Junk breakfast

Meri-naapuria kaipaan. Rannan roskia en, vaikka niitä satunnaisesti keräilen. Kuvan "roska-aamiainen" löytyi Thaimaasta. Onneksi on ryhmiä kuten Melbournen Beachpatrol ja tyyppejä kuten Boyan Slat, vaikka toki olisi parempi poistaa syyt kuin seuraukset.

Kelvompaa aamiaista (etenkin kahvia) sai Tiong Bahrun 40 hands coffee -kahvilasta. Alueella kannattaa muutenkin kuljeksia, jos Singaporessa seikkailee. Siellä on paljon pieniä kahviloita, kissallinen kirjakauppa, leipomo ja kattava kauppahalli/markkina-alue.

I miss the sea as a neighbor but I don't miss the beach junk, although I occasionally collect it. The "junk breakfast" of the images was captured in Thailand. It's good to have groups like Beachpatrols in Melbourne and persons like Boyan Slat, although of course it would be better to remove the reasons instead of the consequences.

Better breakfast was at 40 hands coffee in Tiong Bahru which is worth area to visit if in Singapore. There are many cute cafes, a bookstore with a cat, bakery and a wet market.

Riippumatto / Hammock

Riippumatto on loman konkretisoituma. Keho ja mieli keinuu pienessä tuulenvireessä, puut humisee, aallot kohisee... Kokeilin kotikulmilla vähän erilaista riippumattoa "liitojoogassa" (floating yoga). Myönnettäköön, ettei oma suoritukseni ollut ihan tämän lentojoogin tasoa, mutta hauskaa oli. Lempiliikkeeni oli ehdottomasti ns. cocoon, jossa kääriydytään sykkyrälle mattoon ja vaan ollaan.
Eikö joka kodin varustukseen voisi kuulua riippumatto?

Hammock is a realization of a holiday. Body and mind swinging in the mild wind, trees are humming, waves splashing... I tried a bit different hammock near home at the Floating yoga. I admit that my performance was not quite at the same level as this aerial yogi but we had fun. My favorite pose was so called cocoon where you wrap yourself in the hammock and just be there.
Shouldn't every home be equipped with a hammock?

Arvoituksellinen kortti / Mysterious card

Kohtalokkaasti aamukävelyllä rantahiekkaan oli huuhtoutunut löytäjäänsä odottamaan pelikortti, jonka varovasti käänsin. Ruuturouva!

Dramatically on my morning walk, washed up and waiting on the beach sand, there was a playing card which I gently turned. Queen of diamonds!
